Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse a service if a client has damaged or unhealthy nails. This policy is strictly in place to protect your nails from further damage and to prevent the risk of spreading infections to other clients.
Free Repair Window: Any repairs needed within a week (7 days) of your appointment are completely free of charge, provided it is a prep/application error on my part.
Paid Repairs: Any repairs requested past the 1 week window, or any breaks caused by clients rough handling/accidents, will be paid for by the client.
2. Age Restrictions & Guests
Gel Polish: The absolute minimum age requirement for Gel Polish is 12 years old.
Builder/Hard Gel: The absolute minimum age requirement for Builder Gel or Hard Gel enhancements is 16 years old.
Guests & Children: You are more than welcome to bring friends or children along to your appointment. However, for safety and space reasons, they will not be permitted to sit directly with you during your appointment. Therefore, if bringing a child, please ensure they are old enough to sit quietly and safely for the duration of your appointment.
No Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises.
